AEI Forum

Omaha, Nebraska | April 4–6, 2018

Omaha is proud to serve as home base to an incredible number of industry-leading, innovative Architectural, Engineering and Construction firms. It is truly a “hot bed” for collaborative, dynamic companies making a distinctive impact in the building industry. Three giants in the AE industry originated in Nebraska - two of the largest designers of healthcare facilities and the largest designer of K-12 educational facilities call Omaha their home.

The 2018 Forum will be hosted by The Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction. The Durham School was named in 2005 and is the only endowed architectural engineering program in the country.

Omaha is centrally located and can be easily accessed by car or plane. The site for this year’s forum is a short 12-mile ride from the airport. The Durham School is conveniently located 0.3 miles from Aksarben Village which is in the heart of the city.

Omaha and Nebraska are home to me…There’s a lot of continuity. There’s a lot of community. There’s a lot of friendship. It’s a very solid place, and a friendly place in which to grow up and in which to conduct a business.” - Berkshire Hathaway’s Warren Buffett
